Omnistall Mobile provides a user-friendly platform to create and approve day to day transactions on the go. This includes creating, changing and approval of transactions across the Procure to Pay process, Lead to Cash process, Time Sheet Management and the industry solution for Outdoor Media Management.
Procure to Pay: A user can create a Request for Quotation, Requisition, Purchase Order, Goods Receipt and an Accounts Payable Invoice utilizing a product catalog or free text. The catalogs would have either been loaded by vendors or by the requestors company on the Omnistall web application.
Lead to Cash: A user can create a Quote, Sales Order, Delivery Note and an Accounts Receivable Invoice through the mobile application.
Time Sheet Management: Omnistall Mobile enables a user to create a time sheet with reference to a sales order. Once created the timesheet can then be approved by the responsible person at the customer. The approver can approve, reject or even change the timesheet. If a timesheet is changed or rejected by the approver it is sent back to the creator for them to amend it.
Outdoor Media Management: For site management an approver can approve or reject a site contract, payment instruction and an accounts payable invoice. For media product management an approver can approve or reject a media product contract, billing instruction and an accounts receivable invoice. The rest of the Outdoor Media Management process including the site maintenance and reporting is managed on the Omnistall web application.
